Our entire staff is dedicated to providing each resident with personal care to fit their special needs. We encourage each resident to try to reach and maintain their highest level of independence possible for as long as possible. Because we are a relatively small establishment, each resident receives a high degree of individual and special attention form our caring, professional staff. The staff members work together as an interdisciplinary team to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to each other to the Arbour resident.

We are located in a quiet residential Chicago neighborhood only a few blocks from Lake Michigan. Arbour first opened its doors in 1964 and is a skilled nursing facility licensed by the State of Illinois and the Chicago Board of Health. We are dedicated to providing the optimum in managed health care.
